Guidelines for Exchange Module

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First create your account (Individual/Business) with EZBERS; provide your e-mail (ID) & set your desired password for login's.
  2. Login with your set ID and password.
  3. In order to make a transaction, you need to have atleast one item listed under Exchange Module.
  4. Go to Products & select "Add Products".
  5. Select Sell/Rent/Exchange module under which you want to list your product.
  6. Provide product details including exchange price with shipment charges . You can also get an estimate of shipment charges through our USPS Api.
  7. You can also add a product video link (optional) for more of your product features. This feature requires a video link which was uploaded prior on You Tube.
  8. Upload your product and see your listing instantly on our website. *(Please see terms and condition for EZBERS commission and charges)
  9. You can also see a grid view of your listed products under "View Products".
  1. Making an Offer: If you want to exchange your product with vendor's listed product on our Exchange platform; just browse to your desired product. Select it & click on "Make a Trade" option. A screen will appear showing your listed products for selection with your picked product.
  2. Choose your product/s for exchange. Then click on "Send Offer". Note: You can choose maximum three of your product for an exchange per transaction.
  3. Status of your offer:

    - Pending Status: You can check the status of your offer in your account notification under "Offer Out". Intially it shows pending; means waiting for the other party to accept for processing.

    - Processing Status: Trade will show "Processing" if your offer has been accepted by other party . Then view your trade to check for any necessary payment or receivable in terms of your exchange.

    - "Pay Now": If ezbers show pay now option under view trade; then make the necessary payment for complition of exchange trade. After payment; you can check the address and details of other exchange party at the bottom of screen under that trade for necessary product shipment.

    - "Your receivable would be": If ezbers show "Your receivable would be" with an amount then you have to wait for the payment by other party. Once payment has been made by the other party then the status of your trade would become completed and you can see other party details at the bottom of screen under that trade.

    - Completed Status: Once the directed payment/s has been made by both parties or either one then system will automatically show the status of that trade to "Completed" with parties details at bottom for necessary exchange product/s shipment.
  4. Ezbers expect the parties to ship exchanged product/s as soon as possible after the complition of trade.
  5. Receivable: You will be contacted in 3-4 business days after completion of transaction and shipment for any receivable.
  1. Accepting/Cancelling an Offer:If you see notification under "Exchange Orders" under "Offer in"; then click edit trade. Review exchange offer. If you are interested and want to accept the offer then just update the status to "processing". change the status to "Cancel" if you are not interested in the offer.
  2. Processing Status: Once you select the offer status to "Processing"; then system will notify you to make necessary payment or receivable in terms of your exchange.

    - "Pay Now" : If ezbers show pay now option under edit trade; then make the necessary payment for complition of exchange trade. After payment; you can check the address and details of other exchange party at the bottom of screen under that trade for necessary product shipment.
